How customers consent to SMS lead notifications

How opt-in works

Stockton Labs customers are business owners who sign up for our AI phone receptionist service. Consent to receive SMS is collected in writing during sign-up: each customer completes and signs a paper Pilot Order Form, which collects the mobile number for lead alerts and includes the following disclosure directly above a consent checkbox and the signature line:

No messages are sent until the customer has signed the form. Customers can opt out at any time by replying STOP, or reply HELP for help. We never sell or share mobile opt-in information with third parties or for marketing purposes.
