Service

Stockton Labs LLC ("Stockton Labs," "we," "us") provides software services to businesses, including an AI phone receptionist service. Your use of a service is governed by the service agreement you sign at sign-up; these terms cover our website and our SMS messaging program.

SMS Messaging Program

By providing your mobile number and opting in, you agree to receive SMS messages from Stockton Labs related to the service you have signed up for. For our AI phone receptionist service, these are primarily lead notifications when a call to your business line is captured, plus occasional service messages.

Message frequency. Frequency varies with your call volume; for the AI phone receptionist service you will generally receive a message each time a new lead is captured.

Cost. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan.

Opt out. Reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe. You will receive a confirmation, and no further messages unless you opt in again.

Help. Reply HELP for assistance, or contact us at dann@stocktonlabsllc.com.

Carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Consent

You opt in to the SMS program when you sign up for a service and provide your mobile number in the service agreement, and/or confirm consent during onboarding. You may withdraw consent at any time by replying STOP.

Changes

We may update these terms. We will post the revised version here with a new effective date.
