Depending on the services you use, we may collect:
From our customers. Account and contact details such as your name, business information, email address, mobile phone number, and billing information.
Data we process on your behalf. To deliver our services, we may collect and process information that you or your end users provide — which, depending on the service, can include names, phone numbers, addresses, the content of communications, and recordings and transcripts of calls. We process this information on behalf of, and at the direction of, our business customers.
How We Use Information
We use information to provide, operate, support, and improve our services; to communicate with you, including SMS notifications and service messages where you have opted in; and to bill for our services.
SMS / Text Messaging
When you sign up and provide your mobile number, you consent to receive SMS notifications and service messages from Stockton Labs related to the service you have signed up for.
We do not sell, rent, or share mobile opt-in information, phone numbers, or consent with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile information may be shared only with the service providers that help us deliver the messaging (for example, our telephony/SMS provider), strictly for that purpose and not for their own marketing.
Message frequency. For our AI phone receptionist service, you will receive a text each time the service captures a new lead, plus occasional service messages; frequency varies with your call volume.

How We Share Information
We share information only with service providers (such as telephony/SMS, voice-AI, and cloud-hosting vendors) that need it to operate our services on our behalf, under agreements that limit their use of it; when required by law; or to protect our legal rights. We do not sell personal information. As stated above, mobile opt-in data and consent are never shared for third-party marketing.
Communications and Recordings
Depending on the service, communications such as phone calls may be recorded and transcribed in order to provide the service to our customers.
Data Retention and Security
We retain information for as long as needed to provide our services and as required by law, and we use reasonable measures to protect it.
Your Choices
You can opt out of SMS at any time by replying STOP. To request access to or deletion of your information, contact us at dann@stocktonlabsllc.com.
Children's Privacy
Our services are intended for businesses and are not directed to anyone under 18.
Changes
We may update this policy. We will post the revised version here with a new effective date.
